A number of years ago I have then replace a basement wall.Today I had a water problem and called a local contractor to repair the leak.When he opened the floor to repair the tile for drainage he called me down and showed me a hodgepashed repair they did. Three different types of piping not even connected to take the water to the sump pump pit. This why you have water coming thru the floor at the wall. The repair has been repaired CORRECTLY and problem solved.They even cut out some of the footing to elevate the pressure build-up. Consumer be careful.
