Do NOT use this shop. If I could give zero stars,I would. My husband and I have had the most awful experience with this 'business'. I can't think of many times in my life where I have felt the need to write an online review. Titler's customer service was so dreadful that I felt it necessary to warn others away. There are several other wonderful embroidery shops in this area. The workers at Titler's are rude, unorganized, and fail to admit when they have made a mistake. They DO NOT call you back when they say they will. They DO NOT produce the product
