They may have a great package deal on pictures but the cutomer service is lack luster at best. I called one day and the girl actually hung up on me! When I went to the studio, she tried to argue with me and say the I hung up on her! How RUDE! They also said they take walk-ins but when we got there they had no one to service us. Which probably would have been avoided if the girl did not hang up on me. We I spoke to the manager on duty, she was unconserned that I received poor service and did nothing to rectify the situation.
