After calling The Band Company several times daily during their limited business hours and leaving several un-returned messages I finally got thru. Unfortunately, this is the business my daughter's school uses for their instruments. The man that answered the phone was unconcerned about the several daily attempts that I had made to get in touch with his bussiness and then he was offensive and rude about my daughter's name. She has a family name which is traditionally a male name, but I must add this is her middle name that she chooses to go by. This is why we b
