Very deceptive loan company. We borrowed money from them to bridges loans and they promptly made the situation even worse. Wish we would have worked with our original bank. John Koral (Boulder office) made a very persuasive pitch to my wife and I and promised US Capital would "take extremely good care" of us. US Capital foreclosed on our home and would not answer the phone when we called to discuss. Apparently, they were sending our statements to the wrong address. However, this didn't stop them from winning a long and arduous court battle. Please DO NO
