if i could give a zero rating i would! this company is the worst i have ever seen for customer service. i returned a pair of boots because they did not fit and they said they could not return them because they had been worn... they sent me a worn pair of boots!!! then wouldn't return them!!!!!!! unbelievable. she then told me i was a lier and would have to send them back to me. now i have a pair of $350 boots that don't fit!!
