Ordered flowers for my daughter's Valentine. They delivered without balloon no roses no blue in the arrangement and I asked for both and even wrote it down. I wrote roses daises carnations. I want pinks blues purples. I got red yellow purple. They added a blue bow that didn't match anything. I call the florist the owner answered said come in I will give you the balloon and a couple roses to take home. I brought the arrangement in I got 2 roses and a balloon I didn't even get to pick out. I mentioned the blue she said like I said 2 roses and a balloon. I use to work a flower
