Beltway Garage Doors has by far the BEST costumer service in town! I had called a few companies before calling Beltway. One went to an answering service (who uses ones nowadays!), another put me on hold and the other line was busy. FINALLY a human voice answered the phone and I was NOT disappointed! The dispatcher was very friendly. We even spoke a few minutes about Europe (I mentioned I was leaving out of town for a few weeks and needed my garage door repaired before then.) The dispatcher really seemed to care about my well being....something out of the ord
