Don't think they are watched closely enough.. I moved my son after 2 serious bites, several scratches and one other serious problem. One of the bites was on his arm. They didn't notice and didn't report this to me at all. The other bite was on his FACE, which took over two weeks to disappear completely. They did report this, however they didn't call early in the afternoon when it happened, so his dad just walked in to this shocking bite on his face when he picked him up.
