I have lived in Nutley my entire life, and when this condo went up, I think alot of people didn't know what it was, or if it was for business or actual living space. It's a very unusual looking building from the outside. But after passing it several times a day and night, I would always look up at the corner unit while waiting for the light to change at Chestnut and Franklin and wonder who lives in it, as it always has lights on and you could actually see the inside of it, which looks really pretty.
