You pay $349 for a "pet fee" that does NOT cover ANY damages on top of a monthly pet fee. The dog park is gross because no one cleans up after their pet. Maintenance was awful. Asked them to come in to fix a light fixture and they came quickly however didn't fix it even though I reminded them 3 times. I eventually settled with getting my own lamp so that I would have a light in our bedroom. Don't live on the bottom floor because you can hear everything. Nice looking but not high quality.
