I needed to get my stove fixed and needed to save some money by ordering a part off the Internet ($100 saved). Mayo's said they wouldn't do the work if I ordered off the Internet because they 'couldn't make any money'. Gee, I thought making money was what service calls were all about! I needed a win-win agreement and all I got was a 'gouge you for as much as I can' offer. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.....
