We lived out of town but needed a new front door for our house in Raleigh. We went to Brooks Building Products because they had a good reputation. They recommended an installer. We bought what we thought was a good door and used their installer. When we moved into our house (a year later), we found that the door is flimsy and there is a 1/2 gap on the right side of the door. The door won't latch. The paint is peeling off. The trim pieces were not sanded and are very rough. We contacted Brooks and asked them to come look at the door and tell us if it's the
