The employee's of this Sam's Store is one of the most sincere, friendly and curtious that I have encountered. I shopped Sam's in Beaumont, TX for years and several locations in Houston too, but no one has come close the the employees in the Lufkin store. I have been in the service business most of my life and I know what people should expect, but seldom receive. I only wish that the other stores had employees like this.
