bought my Kia Soul here and have used the service department a few times when specials were running. On 12/20/13 I visited their website and found an offer for oil change/tire rotation and $38.88, with the option to send the special as an SMS text to my phone instead of printing a coupon. Seemed a convenient, "green" way to do things, so I requested the coupon (came almost immediately) and booked my service for the next weekend. When I got there this AM 12/28/13 and showed the service manager, Rusty Wylie, the text coupon, he said he'd never heard of
