I visited this restaurant for lunch with my grandmother. We were made to wait for almost an hour as the entire staff ignored the tables while they had their "family meal." When I complained, the waitress argued with me, saying that they are a "family restaurant" so the customers should expect to wait as they break in the middle of lunch service for their own meal. --she said they do this every day at 2pm when they close. When I informed her that we have been waiting on them for at least 1/2 hour and it was only 1:30, she snapped back at me and told me that I had quite an
