After the first time I went to this spa I thought it was just because they staff was having a bad day. But after the 3 time I realized it wasn't a coincidence anymore. On my 6th trip I had never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life. The staff was extremely rude, their keurig machine had no water in it (the light was blinking continuously), no one greeted me, I waited for 25 min because the doctor was behind 3 patients (she didn't even apologize she just called my name & asked me how my hair was doing).
