Avoid! I arranged for a flower delivery through FTD to UNC Chapel Hill's Women's Hospital for Friday before Easter. It turned out the hospital volunteers had the day off, but the hospital confirmed that delivery to the room would be fine. The florist REFUSED to deliver to the room and instead wanted to wait until after the weekend for the volunteer office to open.
