I received two dozen roses for my birthday. Presentation was lacking - the roses were but way too short. They never opened and were dead within two days. Caruso's promised to make it right. They replaced TWO DOZEN with one stem of day lillies and three gerber daisies. Not a like for like replacement. Save your time and money and find a better florist. The city has plenty of them.
