Further to my previous review, I finally spoke to Cheri at the shop. Initially she refused to cancel the order because I was the receipant, not the person who made the order. I convinced her to cancel it and she said the ONE charge on my account would be canceled. Neither of the two charges on my account have been removed and now I must go to my bank to get this done.
