I used this company because the owner "seemed" like an honest guy that knew what he was talking about. Why he may know about pool care the honest part I do question. The second week of service they didn't even show up!! No call or anything! (They don't leave a door hanger or anything so you know when/if they came) I wanted to stop service at that point, but my husband insisted on giving them another shot.
