First, lets start out with the fact that this guy has no math skills at all, and I'm talking about basic arithmetic. Secondly, this guy will chastise you repeatedly for doing business with banks, including refi, even considering he makes his living off of this. This guy is basically a very bitter old man who has alot of attitude problems. Stay away, stay far away, unless you want your home apprasied at a lower value than the Wake County Tax appraisal.
