My car won't start at my home. I call them up and we agree on the phone that it's more likely to be the starter than anything else, A very unprofessional-looking guy comes to my house (but I decide to give him a chance) with not a new starter, but a new battery. He checks my battery and decides that's not the problem. He then decides to take half of the car apart to "turn the motor by hand" to make sure it's not that.
