I would highly recommend the Pollo Al Carbon. I don't particularly care for chicken but this is fantastic. Chicken grilled with onions, poblano peppers, mushrooms and topped with a little cheese. The chicken was moist and the flavors of the grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms took ho-hum chicken to the top. Really good, excellent in fact. I would order this again. This is not ordinary mexican food, although they do have the standard fare. They have a Peruvian menu which I have not tried, yet. The place is clean, the wait staff were excellent, the owner was acce
