I've never reviewed any company before, positive or negative, but our experience was so horrible I feel morally compelled to warn people about this company. My husband and I hired Wilmington Realty to manage a residential property. We experienced the following issues: 1) The company never advertised our house rental. When we had no response after a couple of months, my husband advertised in the paper himself and we immediately had people wanting to see the house.
