I haven't been to Salt Works II in about a year. The food was always pretty good, but the interior needed serious work. I heard about the Food Network renovations and decided to give it one more try. My wife and I went in for dinner last week, and I am glad that we did! Not only did the place look great ( new lights, paint, and bar) but the food was great. I had a catfish po boy and my wife had a bowl of the she crab bisque. Hand cut french fries instead of the frozen cafeteria fries i used to get was a great addition.
