I'm not even sure about the quality of service they offer. I didn't get that far. I was merely asking questions regarding service and I got a very standoffish attitude from the salesgirl. Not to mention a very lengthy time frame for leaving my bike (a week) for simple bike maintenence and tire inflation. In this economy, it pays to be friendly to your future patrons! I won't be using these folks!
