My name is Kate Soper, P.T., M.S., C.O.M.T, Center Manager for Select Physical Therapy in Surprise and Peoria. My staff and I are dedicated to helping our patients develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. We offer our clients therapeutic and preventative services that enhance mobility, functionality and better health.
