I brought my wedding band to this business to be re-sized. When I finally returned to pick it up, I was told it had gotten "misplaced". Because the owner and employees were very polite, I gave them an extremely generous amount of time and numerous second chances to find it; finally, many months later, it's clear they are just stonewalling, cannot find this object I entrusted them with (engraved, with sentimental value, and which my wife purchased for me for $3,400), but refuse to file an insurance claim (after telling me many months ago
