We ordered a casket spray for my mom (roses and lilies)on Thurs am to be delivered on Sat am. We paid complete cost $450. up front, now we realize this was a mistake. Sat. am for visitation the spray was lovely except for the pink roses which were very loose and soft as well as having brown tinged edges. We the family were saddened and embarrassed. When I went in to speak to Teena she was very nice but insisted the flowers were perfect when her girls delivered them sat at 11am and had never had anything like this happen before. We can't redo my Mom's service we can only w
