I lived here for 3 yrs and had to deal with loud upstairs neighbors that were not considerate of the fact that they live around others. Staff sucked. I moved out and informed them that I was moving out and all of a sudden the don't know anything about my deposit. In other words they are theives as well. I tried to contact Kelly the manager and she acts as if she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I tried to speak with the owner and was told that I couldn't.
