Wainright Property Management is the least professional property management team I have ever rented from. The receptionists at the office are rude and uncaring. I have had a problem with my air conditioning since the beginning of the summer and they have sent 3 maintenance people to come fix it without a real fix. The maintenance people are polite enough, but the rest of the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. It is shocking to me that in this field of work, Wainright Property Management allows such behavior. As soon as my lease is over, I will never rent from thi
