Review
Rolando's has the best refried beans in South Texas it is open 24/7 and serves breakfast all day. Their chicken fried steak and homemade french fries are finger licking good. The place is nice and clean. Fiesta Fridays brings in all the community for family gatherings. The Carne guisada and the Mexican Plate are also very popular dishes. I can eat this daily.
