The office staff is less than professional. I have being waiting six months for my carpets to be cleaned. However the final straw for this place is the office staff's flat refusal to provide coustmer service in a matter regarding a rent payment. I made an accounting error and when I called to let them know that the check would not clear the staff became hostile and threating. I felt as if I had called a collection agency.
