I moved to Landmark soley because of the location and lower rent as it was close to both my son's school and my place of employment. The first year here was not great but not horrible as most of my issues (noisy neighbors, litter, insects, etc) were something I figured I could just 'deal with' in exchange for the convenience it provided me as a single mother. However, in the past year not only have I had an attempted break in(averted only because I turned the light on and my dog scared the guy away)but I have had people coming up on my patio and using my son's basketball go
