Action Ambulette is horrible Wow, I'm stunned that this so-called business is in operation. I had an imperative doctor's appointment and they did not show up. They provided me with excuses such as "stuck in traffic" and "not enough drivers today." I have in hand medical specimens to take with me to the doctor's and I am unable to make it to this long-standing appointment. You'd think a service like this would follow through on their appointments. I made this appointment two weeks ahead of time. This ambulette company is a farce.
