When the power in our living room and %u2013 gasp %u2013 television went out a day before a scheduled event at our house, we freaked. Unable to enjoy our house without our living room lights and equipment (sad, I know), we had jerry-rigged a fix with extension cords, but we knew this was no way to live. So, we called Gentec Services. Sean showed up a few minutes early for the delivery window (I was frantically vacuuming), which was very surprising. He was neat, polite, professional, and got right to work. I know my husband stayed close by,
