I was responsible for renting a bus for my church's one day trip. We use this bus service twice. The first time, before we were able to leave, our trip was delay for an hour because the air compressor was not working so we had to wait on another bus to come. We had to unload that bus and reload the substitute bus which was smaller than what they originally sent. The driver was pleasant and the trip was good. We decided to use them again the following year. After reserving the bus I personally took the downpayment to the bus office with my concerns. Office was not
