I have numerous rental properties and have built some homes also, and I have never dealt with a contractor that was was unprofessional as this one. The work was not good and the bill was astronomical. This is central PA not Chicago. I will never have them work on any of other properties again. Do not go with them. I know personally that there are others who are better.
