As a first time Oniss/Nisimov customer My brand new $400 watch literally fell into pieces after one week of having it as a gift. 3 year warranty was not honored under their manufacturer defect, I have to pay for its repairs, customer service is pathetic...if you can get a hold of somebody. Simply overpriced paper weights with a fancy name. I dont know what kind of "peoples preference" they build these watches around, but they obviously dont care about quality or service.
