TERRIBLE! The quality of service has diminished drastically over the past few years. I used to always go there to get my box braids and kinky twist but now I will never go there again. The last time I went I got Senegalese twist. My head was throbbing so bad I had to take Tylenol. I told her to make them looser in the front so the stylist either didn't know what she was doing or intentionally tried to sabotage my hair by making them that tight.
