A terrible experience with the manager of Sharon Pointe Apartments. Chooses not to work with you if you are a few weeks behind in rent. Sends you to assistance locations, then ups your payments 600.00, because you have attorney fees to pay. That is if you are only 3 wks late, and they refused to accept half of the rent at the first of the month, and you told them you would pay the remainder plus late charges. They want 600 more in cash on top of your regular rent and late fee.
