Elmer has been creating my limbs for almost 16 years now.I have a few issues with discomfort from scars,however Elmer takes the time to sit,listen and to find a way to make your limb work for you.Elmer is one of the most personable professionals I have ever known.Although he does this for a living,he knows that we need our prothetics in order for us to live our lives.I am forever greatful that he takes the time to deal with what ever the issue is I am having.I never feel as if I am being rushed out like I was an interruption in his day.He is terrific at what he does.Do give
