He is a horrible attorney that does not follow all of the laws. Did a child custody case on me without give me the 10 business day notice like he was supp to do legally. Told my ex that north Carolina is a father state which is not true. Was trying to give my ex solo custody of the kids in north Carolina which is not legal to do unless the other parents is on illegal drugs, drinks a lot, was trying to leave the state, beats the kids or exposes them to sexual abuse, which i was not doing any of them. I had to have carolyn peacock go dismiss the case because it was not
