Who would have thought Pilates would be such an intense workout. They had my abs, arms, and legs burning throughout the entire session. I would definitely recommend CORE Pilates & Yoga to anyone looking to challenge their training schedule. The studio is beautiful and the instructors are great- I%u2019m hooked!
