Lookout - choose another roofer I made the mistake of getting my roof done through Diversified Roofing. I didn't have a leaking roof at the time, but was being proactive as I'd been advised that the roof was old. The new roof started leaking the following year and has caused significant and serious interior damages that will cost thousands to repair. While they give a 10 year warranty, they will not fix the roof. In fact its become clear they simply don't know what they are doing.
