These guys saved my life! My computer had been shutting down all by itself for the past 3 months and 3 days ago it wouldn't start up at all. I have been working on a massive AutoCAD project for the last 9 weeks and feared that all my work was gone. Although the hard drive was dead, CryoLab was able to not only retrieve all of my data, but they were able to put in a new hard drive & transfer all of my data from the old hard drive and had it done the same day.
