went in at 4:30 to get insurance, the lady there greeted me with a smile and explained everything with patience, she let me ask all the questions and then asked me some I hadn't thought of ( like what is uninsured motorist coverage) The agent (bartjan vargas) came out and greeted me, asked me if everything was going well. offered me water left feeling like I understood what I purchased, plus I with the Multi line discount, I was able to get renters insurance for the same net price as i would if I just got my cars insured I was very happy with my experiance
