This is an awful spa to deal with if you buy a gift certificate from them. I bought my mother one and it came with an experation date even though by CA law gift cards or gift certificates cannot have experation dates with a few exceptions which this spa does not meet any of them. After confronting the store with this information I was asked to leave. Will never go back and am looking into taking legal action or at least informing the mall and or the police of this illegal business practice.
