When I walked into Excel, I was greeted by two very friendly receptionist. I had an immediate need and they contacted my insurance company immediately even though it was the close of the business day! The therapist had sympathy for my pain and did an evaluation and then immediately started to work on my wrist. I was unable to bend my wrist and within a few visits, I could bend it some. It was painful but there calm manner and sense of caring made the necessary bearable. I would highly recommend this group of professionals!
